The 56,000 hectare Lower Zambezi National Park which is vaguely associated with Victoria Falls National Park  consist of 40 km of Zambezi.
Best time to visit
August to December when the flow of water over the falls is lowest as the mist created by the falling water obscures the view when the flow is strong.The road is closed from November to April, but the camp remain open and accessible by canoe.
