The Tuli Game Reserve takes in a 7500 hectare chuck bitten out of the Mashatu Game Reserve lies between the Limpopo and Shashe rivers. Tswapong Hills in Botswana
Tswapong Hills
The Tswapong Hills are one of Botswana’s undiscovered treasures, mostly known only to those whose traditional villages skirt the base of this mountain island and to a handful of curious explorers.
The hills extend as a single unit for some 60 km east to west and are about 15 to 20 km wide. Standing proud above the surrounding plain by 300 to 400 m, they are a distinctive feature in the landscape, large enough, apparently, to cause a local microclimate.
