Visiting the Tombs
Most of people find three to five tombs enough for one visit; of the 64 tombs (numbered in order of discovery, not chronologically), less than a score merit attention. A Valley of the Kings ticket is valid for three tombs only, and you can only buy tickets for Tutankhamun’s tomb once you reach the site itself.
